What I’ve been doing is 3D modeling in Sketchup and exporting and rendering in Blender. In Blender, I feel very separated from the 2D drawings tools, I have to convert these curves to mesh (I think, can’t remember) and that kills the flow. Sketchup: I think I feel at home with Sketchup because it allows me to draw as I would in Adobe Illustrator, and do so on simple 3D objects and create more complex objects.
